We've implemented new safety protocols and have rearranged the workspaces to allow for social distancing and to ensure your comfort and safety. We think it looks marvelous!

Are you interested in becoming a member or supporting our nonprofit? We're accepting appointments to check out the space. Email info@lexwritersroom.org to set up a time to come by.

Thanks for visiting the website. Because of KY's corona virus response measures, the Lexington Writer's Room has pushed the pause button on our workspace. If you're a KY writer interested in becoming a member, please go ahead and fill out the inquiry form on the Become a Member page. We'd love to learn more about your work and get your inquiry processed and ready for our re-start.

If you're a potential donor/supporter, check out the Support Us page for ways you can help. As a small nonprofit organization, we love donations! We don't have employees, so all the funds we raise go directly toward operating costs that enable us to offer our writers subsidized workspaces and programming.

In the meantime, we're engaging with our members virtually and working on our upcoming Patreon program. Stay safe and well.

Just remember that it is totally fine to migrate over into the Salon and work if you need a change of seat. But wear your earphones if there are others in the space because conversations are encouraged in the Salon. It is a Salon, after all.

What tips would you share with new LWR members for how to rock our coworking space?
